Belgium:

Wingarea has to be 10 m2 (107.6 sq.ft.) minimum, wingloading may not exceed 25 daN/m2 by maximum take-off weight. Maximum take-off weight is 250 kg (551.15 lb) (1 seat) or 390 (859.7lb) (2 seats). Maximum enginepower is 30 kW (22.05 pk) (1 seat) or 48 kW (35.28 pk) (2 seats).

France:

Maximum take-off weight is 300 kg (661.38 lb) (1 seat) or 450 kg (992.07 lb) (2seats). 5% weight may be added when using a parachute or floats. Maximum enginepower is 45 kW (33.075 pk) (1 seat) or 60 kW (44.1 pk) (2 seats). Maximum take-off-speed is 65 km/h (40.3 mph). Maximum wingloading is 30 kg/m2 (6.146 lb/sq.ft.).
